The hotel is immaculately clean, I loved its very good staff and location. The rooms are spotless with 1 bed and the overall experience is such wonderful. When I am in Cancun, I like staying here.

We had a perfect stay at this old-fashioned hotel. Booked club room, that was provided with double beds, matresses and air conditioning.

Totally perfectly pleasant experience. Brand new hotel, average breakfast and free wifi. Our room had a perfect bed and an absolutely breathtaking view. Loved that the pool bar was working. Late check out too.

The room was new-fashioned and the staff were extraordinarily friendly. Good beds, a safe, a mini fridge bar and a sitting area were a nice touch. The pool had a Jacuzzi and deck chairs. In addition, free WiFi in the rooms worked flawlessly.

Picture perfect hotel, friendly service & best staff. The units are fairly quiet, reasonably spacious. The property is in a decent position and the airport is 12 miles away.

Pretty average breakfast, so polite staff, I loved super buper location. The view from the poolside room was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. The staff did all they can for a relaxing stay. All facilities were basic too. Walking distance to shopping centers and a market across the street.

For a 4 star hotel everything was so perfect, I loved to be here. Staff were very welcoming and happy made my stay nice. Got extra comfortable, huge room with 1 bed. Had hot drinks in the pool bar.

You guys made my stay fantastic. Perfect breakfast selection of delicious things. The room was quite big, extraordinary & the decor there was Mexican. There was an affordable restaurant, a supermarket and shopping centers next door.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks, they were awsome. Beds are comfortable. Have stayed at this resort several times and would come here again.

The room was pretty and the location was perfect. The airport was 20 km away. Incredible pool area too;))

2 miles to interactive aquarium. Hacienda el Mortero, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option

we loved staff and service here. hotel location was just a walk down to coco bongo. la joya served dishes within 400 feet off the venue. it was great to have free wi-fi.
